The source informs that governed under the requirement of Part 2 of Article 109 and Part 2 of Article 111 of the RA Criminal Code and taking into consideration the petition filed by the judge to hold the session on the disciplinary punishment in camera, the RA Council of Justice has decided to hold the 30 March 2015 session on the disciplinary punishment of the judge in camera based on the protection of interests of justice.
