On 13 March, “Irates de facto” newspaper published an article with a title “Skilly for Prisoners,” where the author again intentionally distorted the reality quoting an unidentified prisoner’s words, according to which, more specifically in Nubarashen penitentiary ‘the lowest grade’ food is purchased but the documents are written to the highest price.”
For the notice of this “journalist” we once and again have to inform the public that the quality of food in all penitentiaries was and is under the direct control of the management. In addition, we invite this interested journalist to visit on his/her own choice any penitentiary and on any casual day to inspect or check the quality of food for the prisoners and detainees.
In addition, we would like to add that some concerned “entities” representing some circles are very “sensitive” to the reforms in different spheres of penitentiary service.
