Today, the RA Prime Minister Hovik Abrahamyan signed a decision on dismissal of Karen Papoyan from the position of Deputy Governor of Kotayk marz of the RA. The Decision reads:
“Guided by the provision of Point 1.7 of the 6 May 1997 Decree NH-728 of the RA President, release Karen Papoyan from the position of Deputy Governor of Kotayk marz of the RA upon his own request.”
