On 6 February, the Chairman of the RA Cassation Court Arman Mkrtumyan introduced to the Chairman and judges of the Criminal Appeal Court the newly appointed judge of the same court Mkhitar Papoyan.
Mkhitar Papoyan was appointed judge of the Criminal Appeal Court by the RA President’s Decree NH-200-A of 5 February 2015 .
