On 8 February, at 04:54, a call was received informing that on the 8th kilometer of Yeghegnadzor –Yerevan section of M-2 interstate highway a road traffic accident had occurred. There were injured and the help of the rescuers was needed.
An operative group of the RA Rescue Service left for the location of the accident.
It turned out that yet under unclear circumstances on the 113th kilometer of M-2 interstate highway the “JMS” car with L/N 34CU487 (driver M.A., Dob 1976) left the road and fell into the Arpa River. The driver with different bodily injuries was hospitalized to the Medical Center of Yeghegnadzor City. The doctors considered the victims health condition as satisfactory.
The rescuers took out the car from the river and then using a special technique pulled it out to the roadway.
