Today on 17 December 17, the Court of General Jurisdiction of Kotayk marz resumed the trial on Vardan Petrosyan’s case.
It was completed at the previous trial and the court passed to the debates, Prosecutor Arthur Sargsyan should hold a speech. Ruben Baloyan, representative of the victims and their successor solicited to resume the hearing on the ground of filing a a civil suit. The parties did not object, only the defendant’s motion seemed incomprehensible to the defense, Vardan Petrosyan’s advocate Nikolay Baghdasaryan noted that had no objection because the court was guided arbitrary. The court decided to resume the trial.
At this point, Ruben Baloyan is introducing the motion on compensation for damage caused to the injured party. Details coming soon.
