Vardan Petrosyan’s case today got resolved: he will pay 2million AMD to the injured families. Vardan Petrosyan and the injured parties sigened a peace agreement in the Court of General Jurisdiction of Erebuni and Nubarashen Administrative Districts.
Before this the injured and the successors of injured presented a civil suit on Vardan Petrosyan’s case. Plaintiffs’ advocate Ruben Baloyan demanded to compensate the costs for treatment of some injured, as well as the advocate’s costs but the party refused to pay confining to 2 million AMD, Vardan Petrosyan’s advocate Nicolay Baghdasaryan said.
Today, young judge Tatevik Stepanyan announced the judgment “to quash the criminal proceeding on the bases of peace agreement signed between the parties exacting 33 thousand AMD from Vardan Petrosyan in favor of the government as a state fee. Remove the lien from Vardan Petrosyan’s property.
Thus, the parties signed a peace agreement. Nikolay Baghdasaryan told us after the proceeding. “Vardan Petrosyan is obliged to pay 2 million AMD if no demand will be presented to him. We did this so that no demand would be presented to Vardan Petrosyan and to close the case.”
