Two-tier or four-tier judicial system. Advocate Anahit Hovhannisyan is against three-tier judicial system, she thinks one of the above-mentioned systems should be enacted.
Why two-tier? This system, according to the advocate, stems from the interests of common citizens. “Firstly, the trust won`t be broken for the second time, but first of all the expenses will decrease, the citizen pays to the advocate, etc.., at least this expense will decrease”, she said.
As to the four-tier system, Advocate Hovhannisyan claims: “So that the case would be cleaned and then get to the Court of Cassation. The three-tier system in fact does not give results”, said the advocate.
