The summarized and translated version of the Draft Concept of the Constitutional reforms was presented on 19-20 September to the experts of the “European Commission of Democracy through Law” (Venice Commission). It will be put to final consideration by the Specialized Commission on Constitutional Reforms adjunct to the President. “We will have a final discussion, voting and decision on the form to present it in”, says Mr Danielyan adding that the draft concept is planned to be presented to the President tomorrow.
