At the RA Advocates` Chamber the first stage of qualification exams took place for the students of RA Advocates` School in the framework of “Rules of conduct of advocate (Deonthology)” module.
As the president of the Chamber`s Qualification Commission Ara Zohrabyan their primary aim is for the Commission members not to have the possibility of identifying the student with the work presented, in order to exclude the subjective factor.
The qualification exams are organized in two directions: criminal and civil. In general he candiadates will take 3 modules. The module of deonthlogy was obligatory for everybody.
The Qualification Commission members are:

6. Arman Tatoyan, representative of the Ministry of Justice, Deputy Minister of Justice,
7. Garnik Safaryan, Candidate of Law, Professor, representative of the RA National Academy of Sciences and an expert at the RA NAS institute of philosophy, sociology and law,
8. Elizaveta Danielyan, representative of the Court of Cassation, judge at the criminal chamber of the Court of Cassation.
