Article 112 (Infliction of willful heavy damage to health) of the RA Criminal Code will be amended and the act that caused the death of the aggrieved by negligence will be punished with imprisonment for the term of 7 to 12 years instead of the current punishment of 5 to 10 years. The draft for such change has been submitted to the Government and was included in the agenda of the 12 June agenda.
