RA President Serzh Sargsyan signed a decree on terminated the authorities of Arsen Mkrtchyan, Judge of the Civil Court of Appeal of the Republic of Armenia.
The RA President signed the decision guided by Paragraph 5 of Article 95 of the Republic of Armenia Constitution; Point 1 of Part 4 of Article 167 of the RA Judicial Code and considering the recommendation of the Council of Justice dated 6 May 2014.
Point 1 of Part 4 of Article 167 of the RA Judicial Code provides that the authorities of the judge are terminated in case when the judge files his resignation.
