The AAC National Network started implementation of the second phase of “Public Monitoring of Civil Status Acts Registration Agency Territorial Offices of the Republic of Armenia” project with support of OSCE Yerevan Office. The Civil Status Acts Registration Agency Territorial Offices in Yerevan and in the regions shall be observed. Training for observers of the project started in the AYLA Central Office today.
The main objective of this project is revealing possible gaps and shortcomings that exist in the sphere of Civil Status Acts Registration Agency Territorial Offices’ services through public monitoring of the Civil Status Acts Registration Agency Territorial Offices of the Republic of Armenia, and providing corresponding system and procedural recommendations to eliminate these shortcomings, as well as to improve the operations of the systems.
