“Struggling Citizens,
As we mentioned during the action on Saturday, we are going to raise the organizational level of  the initiative having the aim to make it more massive and to better and coordinated functioning during the struggle.
We ask and urge everyone to study the document which describes the system of “DEM EM” and form initiative groups accordingly. If you already have an initiative group, please adjust it to the common format based on this document.
