The session of the Council of Justice was held on 4 April 2014. According to the information from the Information Service of the Judicial department, the Council of Justice decided:
1. To reject the petition of the RA Minister of Justice. To terminate the case on imposing disciplinary responsibility upon the Judge of the First Instance Court of General Jurisdiction of Shirak marz Harutyun Movsesyan.
2. To reject the petition of the RA Minister of Justice. To terminate the case on imposing disciplinary responsibility upon the Judge of the First Instance Court of General Jurisdiction of Kotayk marz G. Heboyam.
