The Citizens will continue making Compulsory Payments for Pension until September 30. Member of the Constitutional Court Felix Tokhatyan said during the air on “Shant” TV.
“The Constitutional Court did not say that the accumulative system is unconstitutional, there is no such thing. We have said that the introduced model, which is imposed by law, includes unconstitutional provisions, which must be regulated,” Felix Tokhatyan said.
According to him, after September 30, in the framework of new legal regulations, the money which the citizens paid will be recalculated taking into account the model which will be introduced.
