The Ombudsman of Culture of Hayk, expert on Azerbaijani Issues Hovik Avanesov warns that Azerbaijan continues to destroy and usurp the cultural heritage of occupied Artsakh, and also also the buildings of state and private institutions.

“From another video published on Azerbaijani social media platforms, it can be seen that Azerbaijani vandals are modifying the building of the Head Office Artsakh Bank and looting the building of the National Assembly of Artsakh,” he wrote on his Facebook page.
