The Second President of the Republic of Armenia, Robert Kocharyan, sent a congratulatory message on the occasion of the Armenian Army Day.

“Congratulations on the Armenian Army Day. I hope the Armenian Army will mend its back and regain its former glory and power, once again ensuring a dignified peace for the Armenian people,” the message said.
