On 10 January, after the arrival of the Moscow-Yerevan flight, the officers of the line department of the “Zvartnots” airport of the Ministry of Internal Affairs arrested and presented 48-year-old Armen B. to the line department.
As reported by the police of the RA Ministry of Internal Affairs, he was wanted by Interpol of the Republic of Poland since 4 June, 2021on charges of threats.
According to the source, detention was chosen as a measure of restraint.
It is noted that the Interpol National Central Bureau of the RA was informed about the discovery of the wanted person.
Note: A person that is suspected or accused of an alleged crime is considered innocent until his/her guilt is proved by a court judgment that has come into legal effect pursuant to the procedure determined by RA Criminal Procedure Code.
