82-year-old Razmella Chilingaryan, who was forcibly displaced from the occupied Republic of Artsakh, told in the framework of “Artsakh: Armenian Genocide 2023. Stories of Survivors” documentary project of Iravaban.net, that she had gone through all the wars.
She says that she with her husband built a large house in Artsakh and had four children.
“During the movement of 1988, my son served in Khabarovsk. I said, the situation is very bad; go to Samarkand to your sister. He stayed there for two months, and then he said: if the situation in the village is so bad, I should come. All three of my sons participated,” our interlocutor said.
Mrs. Razmella told that she left the village of Gandzasari Vank only once, when her son was wounded in the first war, and came to Yerevan to take care of her son.
“After a month, I returned to the village. From that day until now, I am in Gandzasari Vank village. And whatever happens, my heart and mind are in our house,” she said.
