If there is political will, Moscow is ready to receive the Foreign Ministers of Armenia and Azerbaijan. Maria Zakharova, the official representative of the Russian Foreign Ministry stated.
She noted that a full tripartite summit could be prospective.
According to Zakharova, it is becoming more and more obvious that Yerevan’s bet on Western mediation in the Armenian-Azerbaijani settlement was wrong; the attempts to stop the implementation of the high-level tripartite agreements reached in 2020-2022 were wrong as well.
