The decision-making process in Armenia does not take public opinion into account, Russian Foreign Ministry spokeswoman Maria Zakharova said on Sputnik radio. RIA Novosti writes.
“Decisions that are of national significance not only today, but also in the context of the history of the nation are being made. They (the authorities – ed.) make these decisions without relying on public opinion, without relying on the results of the plebiscite,” Zakharova said about the situation in Armenia.
She added that the final actions of government officials in Armenia contradict everything they promised before the elections.
