In order to protect Iranian passengers, all flights between Iran and two countries, Armenia and Azerbaijan, have been canceled. The Head of the Civil Aviation Organization of Iran, Mohammad Mohammadibakhsh, announced on Wednesday.

“Due to the special conditions of this region and according to the NOTAM of the aviation organization, from today (September 20) until further notice, all flights to Armenia and Azerbaijan will be canceled,” the official said.
