The US State Department Spokesman Matthew Miller referred to the telephone conversation between the US Secretary of State Antony Blinken and Turkish Foreign Minister Hakan Fidan during the briefing.

Speaking about the role of Turkey in the process of normalization of relations between Armenia and Azerbaijan, Miller said, “I don’t want to speak to it in detail – it’s a private diplomatic conversation – other than to say that we do believe that Türkiye has a productive role it can play in this, as Türkiye has in other issues.”
