The situation in Nagorno-Karabakh and the Lachin Corridor continues to be tense due to Azerbaijan’s actions, the humanitarian situation in the region has worsened. Nikol Pashinyan, the head of the RA government, announced at the meeting with Russian President Vladimir Putin in Moscow on 25 May. TASS News Agency writes.

“Azerbaijan has illegally blocked the Lachin corridor. Natural gas and electricity supplies are blocked, which aggravates the humanitarian situation in Nagorno-Karabakh. “Unfortunately, the blocking of the Lachin corridor took place in the presence of Russian peacekeepers,” he said.

As we have reported earlier Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan noted that the border and customs services of Armenia are ready to ensure the normal passage of all vehicles through the territory of the country.
