The implementation of tripartite agreements between Russia-Armenia-Azerbaijan will allow reaching a settlement in the South Caucasus, the signed documents have no alternative as a basis for the settlement of the situation, Dmitry Peskov, the Press Secretary of the Russian President said. RIA Novosti writes.

“Russia is fully committed to the tripartite documents that were signed two years ago. They are still the indisputable basis of settlement. And in order for us to reach a settlement, we must go the way of implementing those agreements, which were reached for all three parties,” Peskov said.
