Giorgi Gagloev, a mixed martial arts (MMA) fighter from Beslan, was found dead in the train traveling from Vladikavkaz to Moscow, TASS reports. Gagloev was found at a train stop in Rostov-on-Don.

Baza reported that, according to preliminary data, Giorgi Gagloev was killed as a result of suffocation with a pillow in the train carriage. At the same time, the “112” Telegram Channel claims that Gagloev’s death is not of a criminal nature, he died due to a pulmonary embolism.

Baza’s sources link Gagloev’s alleged murder to the fact that he was actively searching for his aunt Rimma Gagloeva, a well-known fortune teller in the North Caucasus, who disappeared in Chechnya in February 2022. The taxi driver who took the woman from Grozny to Beslan disappeared along with her. After their disappearance, the investigators initiated a criminal case for the murder of two or more persons.
