Thousands of children in Artsakh are deprived of the opportunity to attend educational institutions due to lack of food.

Human Rights Defender of Artsakh Republic Gegham Stepanyan wrote on his Facebook page.

“One month of siege of Artsakh. As a result of Azerbaijani aggressive behavior, thousands of children are deprived of the opportunity to attend educational institutions due to lack of food. 41 kindergartens, 56 preschool groups, 20 basic educational institutions are closed,” Stepanyan wrote.
