Azerbaijan’s President Ilham Aliyev and Armenia’s Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan are expected to attend the CIS unofficial summit in St. Petersburg, but no tripartite meeting is planned. RIA Novosti writes, referring to the Press Secretary of the Russian President, Dmitry Peskov.
CIS leaders will gather in St. Petersburg on 26 December for an informal summit. The summit is scheduled to be held on 26-27 December.
“Yes, we are waiting for them (Aliev and Pashinyan – ed.), but a tripartite meeting is not planned,” Peskov said.
