It has been two years since the deployment of the Russian peacekeeping troops in Nagorno Karabakh. An announcement about this was made in the Telegram channel of the peacekeepers.

“It has been two years since the Russian peacekeeping troops deployed on 10 November, 2020, based on the trilateral agreement signed by the Presidents of Russia and Azerbaijan, and the Prime Minister of Armenia, has been carrying out peacekeeping tasks in Nagorno Karabakh. The presence of Russian peacekeepers in the conflict zone ensured the stabilization of the situation and maintenance of the ceasefire, as well as created conditions for the restoration of peaceful life in the region. “Individual incidents and violations are settled on the spot with the joint efforts of the parties,” the message said.
