Armenian Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan and Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev can meet in Russia and hold trilateral talks with the participation of Vladimir Putin.
“Vedomosti” writes.
The newspaper notes that the work began after Putin’s conciliatory speech at the CIS summit in Astana on 14 October, where the territorial disputes between Armenia and Azerbaijan were discussed.
Another source of “Vedomosti” states that such negotiations may take place in the last days of October, probably in Moscow or Sochi. “Most likely, the choice will remain on Sochi,” the source of the news agency said.
