Azerbaijan proposed to declare a humanitarian ceasefire.

“TASS” Agency reported, referring to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Azerbaijan.

Azerbaijani Foreign Minister Jeyhun Bayramov expressed his opinion during the meeting with Russian President Vladimir Putin’s special envoy Mikhail Shvydkoy  that it is not in the interests of the country to escalate the situation and destabilize it.
