Francois-Xavier Bellamy, a member of the European Parliament, made a statement. The RA Embassy in France informed. The statement specifically states:

“Nothing can justify Azerbaijan’s criminal aggression against Armenia. If we act now, we can stop this war. We owe it to the security of Europe, and first of all, to the Armenian people.”
