Azerbaijan is trying to sign a “peace” treaty on its own terms under the threat of using force and more large-scale actions. Tirgran Abrahamyan, deputy of the National Assembly, made a note.

It should be noted that the RA Ministry of Defense issued a statement saying:

“On 13 September, from 00:05, the units of the Azerbaijani Armed Forces started intensive fire from artillery and large-caliber rifles in the direction of Goris, Sotk, and Jermuk in the direction of Armenian positions.”
