Great Britain has a new Prime Minister

Liz Truss was elected the new Prime Minister of Great Britain with 81 thousand 326 votes.

According to The Guardian, Truss also served as leader of the ruling Conservative Party at the same time.

Her rival in these positions was Rishi Sunak, the former British Chancellor of the Exchequer.

Liz Truss will replace Boris Johnson as Prime Minister of Great Britain from 6 September.
