RA President Vahagn Khachaturyan assumed the post of President on 13 March, 2022. As a result of voting of the deputies of the National Assembly, he was elected the President of the Republic of Armenia on 3 March, in the second round: 71 deputies took part in the voting with the ratio of 71 “for” and 0 “against” votes.

In the annual declaration of 2021, Khachaturyan’s funds amounted to AMD 19,214,956. Income – AMD 19,558,931 from salaries received.
It is also mentioned that Vahagn Khachaturyan is an independent member of “Armeconombank” OJSC.
