Russia has clearly voiced its demands on Ukraine, they are well known to Kyiv, but the Ukrainian authorities are now freezing the negotiations, probably under pressure from the curators, preferring another option to the negotiation process, spokesman for the Russian leader Dmitry Peskov told RIA Novosti.
“The Russian side has very clearly voiced its demands. They are well known in Kiev. It is Kiev that is now, in fact, freezing these negotiations,” Peskov said.
He added that the Ukrainian authorities refuse to negotiate.
“Kyiv, apparently, under the pressure of its curators, prefers another option,” the Press Secretary of the President of the Russian Federation emphasized.
