NATO Secretary General Jens Stoltenberg said that Ukraine is capable of winning wars with Russia.
According to European Pravda with reference to CNN, Stoltenberg made such a statement during an informal meeting of foreign ministers of NATO member countries in Berlin.
At the same time, Stoltenberg himself took part in this meeting only remotely, since he fell ill with Covid the day before.
The NATO Secretary General is convinced that “Ukraine can win this war,” because the Russian Federation “couldn’t take Kyiv, is retreating from Kharkov, and their big offensive in the Donbass has stalled.”
“Ukraine can win this war. Ukrainians courageously defend their homeland,” the NATO Secretary General is convinced.
Recall that now the Russian Federation is sharply losing offensive capabilities at the front, but at the same time they are limited to statements with reproaches against the West. In particular, Putin called Finland’s decision to join NATO a mistake.
And according to US Brigadier General Ben Hodges, who was the commander of NATO Joint Command in 2012-2014, and the NATO armed forces in Europe in 2014-2017, recent statements by Russian diplomats indicate that the Russian Federation considers a real threat of its surrender.
