“No sanction, an economic restriction, or an instrument is ever applied with any reasonable justification against Azerbaijan, which inflicts a humanitarian catastrophe on the civilian population of the Artsakh Republic and carries out military action at any time.
It is interesting whether there is even a theoretical limit to double standards for the international community,” he wrote.
