The President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelensky said that the negotiations with Russia are difficult, sometimes scandalous, but they are moving forward step by step, Interfax Ukraine reports.
Zelensky said in a video message that these negotiations continue almost every day. “It is difficult, sometimes scandalous, but we are moving forward step by step,” he said.
In a video message on the night of Tuesday to Wednesday, he said that these negotiations “go on almost daily.” “Difficult? Very. Scandalous at times, but we are moving forward step by step,” he said.
According to the President, he is “thankful to all the international mediators who are fighting for Ukraine, for Europe, for the truth, who bring the real picture to Moscow and urge to look realistically at what is happening in the battles and at the fact that the world will not stop protecting our truth.”

It should be reminded that early in the morning of 24 February; Russian President Vladimir Putin announced the launch of a special military operation in Ukraine, aimed at ensuring the security of the Donetsk and Luhansk republics, as well as removing the “Nazi regime” in Ukraine.
The United States and the European Union have described Russia’s move as a direct aggression by Russia against Ukraine’s territorial integrity and sovereignty.
