Unknown Unidentified people plucked the flag from the Chancellery building of the Russian Embassy in the Estonian city of Tartu. The Russian diplomatic mission announced today, on 20 March, TASS News Agency reports.
“On 19 March, another act of vandalism was committed – the Russian flag was plucked from the Chancellery building of the Russian Embassy in the Estonian city of Tartu. We presume that the perpetrators will be punished, and the state flag of the Russian Federation will be returned to its place,” the message says.
