“The world does not believe in Russia’s future. I do not even say to it. No words, no prospects. They understand everything. They talk about us, they help us. They are going to support our recovery. After the war, of course, as everyone saw, for the people who are so heroically defended, it will definitely come “after the war,” he said.
He assured that soon there will be a new Marshall Plan for Ukraine. Referring to the words of the British Prime Minister Boris Johnson, Zelensky noted that Ukraine’s Western partners will form an appropriate assistance package.
