The Chairman of the Audit Chamber Valeriy Patskan Patskan initiates to raise the issue of zeroing Ukraine’s foreign debt. He wrote about this on his Facebook page.
“The scale of the devastation caused by the Russian aggression in Ukraine is enormous. With that in mind, our external creditors should be required to write off Ukraine’s debts. Today, the foreign debt is 1.6 trillion hryvnia or more than 57 billion dollars.
International financial institutions should review their debt policy and cancel Ukraine’s debts.
“The aggressor will be destroyed and we will wait for the country to recover,” Patskan said.
