As of 10:01 a.m., there have been 1990 reports of Instagram failures. The majority of users who registered problems (83%) complained about the application, 10% could not access the profile, 7% complained about problems with the site.
Complaints about the problems mainly come from users in Moscow, Ufa and Perm.
As of 10:09 Moscow time, 131 Facebook malfunctions were registered. The majority of users (66%) complained about site crashes, 24% reported problems with the app, and 11% found it difficult to access. The most active failures were registered in Moscow, St. Petersburg, Chelyabinsk and Yekaterinburg.
