According to White House spokeswoman Jen Psaki, a meeting between US President Joe Biden and Russian President Vladimir Putin could take place if there is no military invasion of Ukraine.
The talks on such a meeting will take place after the meeting of the foreign ministers of the two countries, which is to take place in Europe this week, probably on 24 February.
French President Macron offered to meet with his Russian-American counterparts, who gave a preliminary agreement. As it is known, yesterday the President of France had a double telephone conversation with the President of Russia Vladimir Putin, during which a bilateral agreement on the summit on European Security and Strategic Stability was reached.
