In the result of operational-intelligence actions taken by the national security service bodies, the deputy head of Yerevan’s registration-examination department of road police service of the RA Police, Colonel Arsen Kyureghyan was arrested, while taking a bribe.
The national security service informs the latter demanded and received 150 000 AMD from a citizen, in addition to the payments prescribed by law, for providing a driver’s license without taking the corresponding examination.
The investigative department of RA National security service carries out the investigation into the criminal case initiated on the fact.
