The regular hearing on the case of the Second President Robert Kocharyan and others, which is taking place in the Shengavit residence of the Court of General Jurisdiction of the city of Yerevan, started from the break.

Presiding Judge Anna Danibekyan said that Lusine Sahakyan, the advocate of former RA Deputy Prime Minister Armen Gjorgyan, had informed the court that she had participated in another court session in Kapan yesterday, the work of which was completed late. The Defender could not return to Yerevan on the same day, and on the way back today, technical problems arose, due to which she did not have the opportunity to reach the court at the appointed time, she asked to postpone the hearing.

The Second President of the Republic of Armenia Robert Kocharyan had not yet reached the court when the sitting began.

The session was interrupted so that the court could find out whether Sahakyan could participate in the session today or not.
