Russian President Vladimir Putin had a telephone conversation with British Prime Minister Boris Johnson, referring to the situation in Ukraine. The Kremlin reported.
“In a conversation with Johnson, Putin stressed NATO’s unwillingness to adequately respond to well-founded Russian concerns. Putin told Johnson that Kiev was chronically sabotaging the Minsk agreements,” TASS reported. The parties also discussed the situation regarding the provision of long-term legally fixed guarantees of the security of the Russian Federation.
