Armenia’s Special Representative for Dialogue with Turkey Ruben Rubinyan and his Turkish counterpart Serdar Kılıç agreed to hold a constructive, depoliticized dialogue following talks in Moscow on Friday to find common grounds. The Russian Foreign Ministry stated in a message, TASS reports.
“The parties demonstrated their readiness to conduct an open, constructive, non-politicized dialogue, focusing on practical results, moving from the simple to the complex in small steps. An agreement has been reached to continue the work aimed at finding common grounds, which will serve the interests of the peoples of the two countries, the interests of stability and economic prosperity in the region,” the Russian Foreign Ministry said in a statement.
