We have a complaint against Turkey in the European Court of Human Rights. The representative of the Republic of Armenia in the ECHR Yeghishe Kirakosyan announced about this in the National Assembly.
The complaint was submitted on 9 May, on the basis of the European Convention.
“The complaint concerns Turkey’s direct involvement in the 44-day war, as well as Turkey’s involvement in the financing, recruitment and transfer of mercenaries. Evidence was presented. “Our legal logic leads to the fact that these actions have contributed to the violations committed by Azerbaijan,” Kirakosyan said.
The representative of the Republic of Armenia in the ECHR states that the complaint is under examination, the issue of providing it to the jurisdiction of the Grand Chamber is being discussed.
